2. Data collected

Through the “Book a viewing” form:

  • last name, first name, email address (required) and phone number (optional);
  • language(s) spoken, type of viewing (video or in person), proposed dates and times (optional);
  • the content of your message (optional);
  • your IP address, used to prevent abuse (limiting the number of submissions) and shown in the notification email received by your advisor.

Whenever the website is visited, the host also records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) required for server security and operation.

Only if you accept it in the cookie banner: browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate origin, a random identifier stored in a cookie) is collected by Google Analytics to measure website audience.

  • Measuring website audience (visit statistics via Google Analytics): your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), which you may withdraw at any time.

Your data is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling. It is never sold, rented or transferred, and is not used for marketing unrelated to your request.

4. Recipients

  • The agency L'Immobilier Chez Cécile and Benjamin Ledoux, your advisor, within the scope of their duties.
  • Our technical processors, acting only on our instructions:
    • Infomaniak Network SA (Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland) – website hosting and delivery of the form emails. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
    • Google (Gmail) – the mailbox where requests are currently received and from which your advisor replies. Google may process this data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the contractual safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
    • Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) and Google LLC (United States) – Google Analytics, only if you accept it. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Advertising signals and data sharing for advertising purposes are disabled.

5. Retention periods

  • Data from your request and our exchanges: for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact (CNIL recommendation for prospects), unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case the applicable legal periods apply.
  • Anti-abuse counters (IP address and email address in hashed form): automatically deleted after 24 hours.
  • Server technical logs: limited period set by the host, Infomaniak, for the security of its services.
  • Google Analytics statistics: cookies valid for 13 months maximum; measurement data retained by Google for the period set in Google Analytics (14 months maximum). Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which you are asked again.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (in particular to processing based on legitimate interest) and data portability, as well as the right to give instructions regarding your data after your death.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The website and its form work without any technical cookie.
